Service Description

Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Beginners This a regular beginners class for those who are new to Yoga and are interested in establishing a regular yoga practice. You will be learning the fundamental yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath techniques) and looking into how meditative movement can bring calmness to the mind. We will cover the techniques and benefits of each posture while providing you with the tools to encourage relaxation and improve physical and emotional health. During these classes you will receive personal attention and feedback to help you develop your posture, strength, flexibility and grow in your own Yoga practice. This will be for a Smaller group who can learn and grow together, expect to have support, fun and learning together in a supportive fun and soulful environment. in each class we will be focusing on movement and connecting to the breath, bringing the attention inwards through meditative movement. Practising Sun Salutations and standing postures - for strength, flexibility and agility. Working on balancing asanas and transitioning. Each class will be tailored towards enhancing your own development helping you to discover all the benefits yoga can bring to the mind, body and spirit. Take a step into the unknown and come and find your yogi family:-)
